Beyonce's Ex-Assistant Drops Details About INSIDE Jay-Z .

Ever wondered what being in the board with Jay-Z and Beyonce was like toward the source of their relationship pre-nuptials? Well a woman named Jessica LaShawn says she witnessed the crazy love between the two back in 2003 while she served as one of Beyonce's personal assistants. And she's dishing how the two really got down.

Read on for the deets, plus a twitpic of Bey working in the studio recently.

.

Jessica Lashawn wrote this clause for Chicago Now's website. And the design was to discuss whether people can actually get a soul mate meant for them in life, and how important sharing your life with that one particular person really is. So she used her former boss Beyonce as an example.

Here's an extract from her article where she discusses Jay and Bey's first time working together on a last performance, and how their passion for each other was so obvious and powerful that everyone about them could see. Bey turned into a daughter with a school crush and Jay couldn't hide his feelings either, despite trying to keep that rapper facade:

During the BET Awards in 2003 I witnessed the makings of a substantial relationship between two overly focused individuals willing to give and take time for each other in the midst of accomplishing their personalized greatness. I was the personal help to Beyonce while she prepared for the introduction of her new single Deja Vu. I can recall having the strain on repeat throughout the length of my flightfrom Chicago to LA and feeling captivated by the 808's and horns. There was something almost the call that made me look as if I were being transported to another place all in the list of love. Like most people, I soon realised that the passion hidden behind Beyonce's vocals was fueled by her devotion and beloved for none other than Jay Z.

I sat there in amazement as I watched Beyonce go over every step as if her life depended on it. I'd heard all the stories and rumors that she was vicious and perhaps the girl of Satan but none of that surfaced. A prime case of her down-to-earth-ness was displayed when she happened to be hungry and it was my job to get her some water but she chose to go with me in order to ease her mind. She was fresh and reminded me of that home girl we all accept that no matter what she only wants to joke at the end of the day.

Everything was going well until Beyonce was informed that Jay Z missed his escape and wouldn't be capable to do it to the record and perform. Her side went off as she took a second to squat on the story and pout. She wasn't sad about him not doing his verse but the fact that she wouldn't see him as shortly as she'd planned. She couldn't help but mumble to her father that she missed him. She strained herself not to cry. Stood up and yelled from the top of her lungs. "let's make it from the top." The love and purpose in her voice echoed throughout the empty theater as she stood on top of a light ladder that served as her entrance wagon.

Then a sound rang outsaying "Hey You."

Beyonce's cheek lit up as she buckled her knees and covered her face to fell a kid like smile followed by adorable cheeks red and wet with embarrassing tears. It was HIM. He walked in calm and cool but as he got nearer he couldn't help but grin and pass out to her and bear her while placing his head gently on top of hers and shaking it. He said hi to her mom and mentioned that he wanted to manipulate her (Beyonce) out and say he wasn't coming only to surprise her and it worked. The two clicked immediately and started rehearsing but not before a breath of ease was relaxed on their faces as they found solace within each others arms. After Beyonce let go and slowly removed her mind from the breast of the man that inspired the lyrics to the song- she ran to her place- ready to get it all over again.

Every beat flowed effortlessly like water between the two. They stopped to know that this was their first time playing the call and even arranging choreography. The chemistry was amazing and I felt honored to make a front row seat for it all.

Loves it.
