Sheria Na Mavazi!

Beyonce's Ex-Assistant Drops Details About INSIDE Jay-Z & Beyonce's Relationship.Ever wondered what being in the board with Jay-Z and Beyonce was like toward the source of their relationship pre-nuptials?Well a woman named Jessica LaShawn says she witnessed the crazy lovebetween the two back in 2003 while she served as one of Beyonce'spersonal assistants. And she's dishing how the two really got down.

Jessica Lashawn wrote this clause for Chicago Now's website. And the role was to discuss whether people can actually get a soulmate meant for them in life, and how important sharing your life withthat one particular person really is.So she used her former boss Beyonceas an example.

Here's an extract from her article where she discusses Jay and Bey'sfirst time working together on a last performance, and how their lovefor each other was so obvious and right that everyone around themcould see.Bey turned into a daughter with a school crush and Jay couldn'thide his feelings either, despite trying to keep that rapper facade:

During the BET Awards in 2003 I witnessed the makings of areal relationship between two overly focused individuals willing tosacrifice and take time for each other in the midst of accomplishingtheir personalized greatness. I was the personal help to Beyoncewhile she prepared for the introduction of her new single Deja Vu. I can recall having the songon repeat throughout the length of my flightfrom Chicago to LA andfeeling captivated by the 808's and horns. There was something about thesong that made me look as if I were being transported to another placeall in the list of love. Like most people, I soon realised that the passion hidden behind Beyonce's vocals was fueled by her devotion and beloved for none other than Jay Z.

I sat there in amazement as I watched Beyonce go over every step as if her life depended on it. I'd heard all the stories and rumors that she was vicious and perhaps the daughterof Satan but none of that surfaced. A prime representative of herdown-to-earth-ness was displayed when she happened to be hungry and itwas my job to get her some water but she chose to go with me in order toease her mind. She was fresh and reminded me of that home girl we allhave that no matter what she only wants to jest at the end of the day.

Everything was going well until Beyonce was informed that Jay Zmissed his escape and wouldn't be capable to get it to the show andperform. Her side went off as she took a second to squat on the floorand pout. She wasn't sad about him not doing his verse but the fact thatshe wouldn't see him as shortly as she'd planned. She couldn't help butmumble to her motherthat she missed him. She forced herself not to cry. Stood up and yelledfrom the top of her lungs. "let's make it from the top." The passionand determination in her voice echoed throughout the empty theater asshe stood on top of a light ladder that served as her entrance wagon.

Then a sound rang outsaying "Hey You."

Beyonce's cheek lit up as she buckled her knees and covered her face to cover a simple smile followed by adorable cheeks red and wet with embarrassingtears. It was HIM. He walked in calm and cool but as he got closer hecouldn't help but grin and pass out to her and take her while placinghis head gently on top of hers and shaking it. He said hi to her mom andmentioned that he wanted to cook her (Beyonce) out and say he wasn'tcoming just to surprise her and it worked. The two clicked instantly andstarted rehearsing but not before a breath of ease was relaxed ontheir faces as they found solace within each others arms. After Beyoncelet go and slowly removed her mind from the dresser of the man thatinspired the lyrics to the song- she ran to her place- ready to start itall over again.

Every beat flowed effortlessly like water between the two. Theystopped to know that this was their first time performing thesong and even arranging choreography. The chemistry was amazing and Ifelt honored to get a front row seat for it all.

Loves it.
